Criteria

Demonstrates exceptional competence in the application and integration of knowledge and skills in the direct provision of patient care; respects individual rights of patients as well as the spiritual, psychological and ethical dimensions of patient care; exhibits personal qualities of compassion and understanding in patient care interactions.

Eligibility

Graduate of the College of Nursing, Villanova University who is actively engaged in clinical practice.
