Are there vegetarian food options?
Yes, at all buffet meals, there will be vegetarian selections. Please contact the Alumni Office at 1-800-VILLANOVA (845-5266) prior to Alumni Reunion Weekend with any special needs for the Half Century Society Dinner or Alumni Gala. We will do all we can to accommodate special dietary needs.

Can I reserve a table at an event?
Our experience has been that assigning seating and/or reserving tables in advance does not work well. Class banners and class table cards will indicate seating areas to facilitate locating your classmates. At all events there will be extra seating so that you and your friends should be able to sit together. On-time arrival will help assure your seating preferences.

What time does the Alumni Gala begin?
6:30 pm. As the Gala is a sit-down dinner, we ask participants to arrive at 6:30 pm.

What items are included in the West Campus apartments?
The apartments are furnished to sleep four. They are air conditioned and feature a kitchen, living room, dining area, 1½ bathrooms, basic linens and toiletries, and laptop hookups. They are NOT equipped with phones, TVs, alarm clocks, or kitchen dishes and utensils. If you bring a TV with you, please be sure to bring a cable hookup to connect; there is a live connection.

It's an easy walk to and from the main campus, and campus shuttle transportation is available throughout the weekend.

Will classes be grouped together in the apartments?
Yes. Classmates will be in the same building as space permits. If you have a special request (e.g., you want to be in an apartment next to, or across from, a certain person) please indicate that on your registration form.  We will honor housing requests wherever possible for those who reserve apartments by the registration deadline.
