Students will apply for the program in the second semester of their Junior year. The application deadline for the current year is Friday, March 14, 2008 (Download PDF Application). Eligible students must meet the following minimum requirements:

The graduate record examinations (GREs) are not required.  Interested students who meet the above requirements must submit an application, a personal statement (two pages maximum) and three letters of recommendation. The personal statement should include an explanation of career objectives and their reasons for seeking admission into the BS/MS program. Acceptance into the program is not automatic, and selection of students will be made by a committee comprised of Chemistry graduate faculty. No more than five students will be accepted into the BS/MS program in a given year.
