All applicants must hold a bachelor's degree from an institution accredited by one of the regional accrediting agencies and must have completed the undergraduate prerequisites for graduate study in their proposed major field. These prerequisites are indicated under the admission requirements for each graduate department or program. Applicants in their last year of undergraduate study who have not completed their bachelor's degree at the time of application should nevertheless provide a transcript of all courses completed with the understanding that the remaining courses and grades be also submitted as soon as the degree is completed. A final transcript must be submitted to the Graduate Dean's Office listing the degree received and the date the degree was conferred.
