Graduate Assistantships and Tuition Scholars
- All Graduate Assistants and Tuition Scholars must complete a tuition remission
form in the Graduate Dean's Office before each semester begins. Forms received
after the first day of class will be subject to a late fee.
- All new Graduate Assistants must fill out three (3) Payroll forms before
the beginning of the semester. Our office will send these forms to each department
prior to registration. These forms are to be distributed to the new assistants
by the department. Upon receiving and completing these payroll forms, the student
should bring them to the Graduate Studies Office. When returning the forms to
us, each student will be required to show identification as stipulated on the
Federal Government's I-9 form. Once this process is completed, the student's
information will be sent by the Dean's Office to our Payroll Office. Until this
process is completed, it will not be possible to pay the student.
