Planning the College's Future
The Strategic Planning Committee (SPC) of the College of Liberal Arts
and Sciences, whose membership includes the Dean of the College, all
associate and assistant deans of the College, and all department
chairs within the College, exists to examine ways to improve work
processes and operations in the College.
To accomplish these goals, the SPC addresses issues related to faculty
development; faculty recruitment, retention, and orientation;
technology; diversity; academic programs; and outcomes assessment,
among others. It also develops policies and procedures for the College
related to these areas.
For more information on the SPC, please contact the Office of the Dean
at 610.519.4600.
