There are a few other special activities planned for the conference.
- An evening with the Burke family
- A reading of Burke’s poetry by Julie Whitaker (co-editor, with David
Blakesley, of Late Poems, 1968-1993)
- A tribute to the life and scholarship of Leland Griffin, Bernard Brock,
and William Rueckert
