Villanova University's interdisciplinary East Asian Studies program was
launched in 2004. Today, we have a growing body of
faculty across many
departments, a large and growing number of courses offered in East Asian
studies, and every year, new opportunities for study and research.
Check back
often for updates — our
newsletter is
issued every month during the academic year and lists local events and talks,
scholarships, jobs, travel opportunities, career information and news about our students and
faculty.
Villanova University offers many options for study abroad
either during the academic year, or during the summer. In many cases, some of
the courses taken overseas in one of the
Villanova-accredited
programs may be credited towards completion of this concentration. Please
consult with the director before embarking on a study-abroad program.
