Available in this section are
additional resources for current students within
the graduate programs. General information and
downloadable forms are available throughout this
page, as well as in the Department of Education
and Human Services.
Advising
Student PIN numbers allow the student to
partake in Advanced Registration online,
after the first semester of attendance.
Students may obtain their PIN numbers from
their respective academic advisors. Online
registration will also help to avoid the delayed
process of submitting registration paperwork
through the Department of Education and Human
Services. It is important to note that the PIN
number is only valid for one semester; new PIN
numbers are assigned each semester.
If you are a current student and have been
unable to register for a course you would like
to take in the upcoming semester, we recommend
that you contact your advisor at 610.519.4620,
and request to be added to a wait-list for the
specific course. The Department of Education
and Human Services is doing its best to expand
classes or add additional sections for the
courses that are currently full. Being placed
on the wait-list does not guarantee enrollment
into the specific course; however, it will allow
the student priority if additional sections are
added to the upcoming semester.
Comprehensive Exams
The comprehensive examination covers all work
done in the program. These examinations
vary some across the programs. For more detailed
information about your program's specifications,

Graduation
Information
Any student expecting to
graduate at the end of the Spring Semester must
submit the application for granting of Master's
Degree to the Dean's Office, Vassey Hall, Room
201 at the beginning of their final
Spring semester. (Please refer to the
Graduate Studies Catalog )
Although degrees are granted at the end of the
Fall and Spring semesters, commencement
ceremonies are held only once per year, in May.
If a student completes the
application for granting of Master's Degree for
a particular semester and then does not actually
graduate that semester, the student must fill
out another form for the next semester. The
Department of Education and Human Services does
not keep these forms from semester to semester.
Students may fill out the application for
graduation online; however, the form must be
downloaded and submitted to the Graduate Office
either by fax or by mail. You may pick up an
application in the Graduate Studies Office or
download a copy below:
