Villanova University's graduate program in Human Resource
Development started
over 25 years ago to address the growing need for expertise in diverse areas of
this dynamic field. Graduates of Villanova's program have pursued careers
in human resources in the Delaware Valley, New York City, Los Angeles, Seoul,
Tokyo, London, Jerusa
lem and many other parts of the world.
The Master's
Program provides students with a comprehensive background in the basic human
resource competencies with emphasis on global, strategic and developmental
issues. Pre- and Post-Master's Certificates allow students to further
their study in key area of human resources.

Renowned Terrorism Expert, Dr. John Horgan, will give a talk about the application of Human Resource Management Principles to Terrorist Organizations. Dr. Horgan will focus on how and why terrorist members exit terrorist organizations and movements. This is an excellent opportunity for our HRD students and Alumni to learn about exciting ways government agencies such as Department of Homeland Security apply Human Resource theories to fight the war on terrorism. |
