Rene Beauregard, Jr. is a Partner with Meridian Consulting. He offers fifteen years experience leading ERP, business transformation, IT strategy, and organizational change management projects. Rene has led some of Meridian’s largest business transformation projects like Prudential, Honeywell, Northrop Grumman, and Lucent Technologies. Most recently, he assisted one of the largest financial institutions in the world execute against an aggressive IT strategy which included overhauling their entire infrastructure support group which directly impacted better than 6,000 employees.

Rene was also a key member on the team that helped form a strategic alliance with the world's top selling enterprise resource planning vendor - SAP, and led the Meridian Consulting team that worked with SAP to integrate Meridian’s organizational change methodology into the Accelerated SAP methodology.

Prior to joining Meridian, Rene was a Senior Consultant with A. T. Kearney, a charter member of SAP America’s Applications Consulting corps and a compensation analyst with British Aerospace.

Rene holds a Master of Human Organization Sciences, Human Resources Development from Villanova University and a Bachelor of Science from the State University of New York at Plattsburgh.
