Richard S. Andrulis, Ph.D., President of Andrulis Associates has over thirty years experience as a management consultant and associate professor at Villanova University. He formed Andrulis Associates in 1980 and shortly thereafter joined the faculty of Villanova University as an adjunct. In 2000, he was appointed Associate Professor of Human Resource Development and Psychology. Prior to this time he held a number of consulting and management positions at several different organizations.

He holds a Ph.D. in Educational Psychology from The University of Texas at Austin specializing in the areas of Statistics, Psychometrics and Research Design. He is active in the professional organizations of the Society of Industrial and Organizational Psychologists and the Society of Human Resource Management. He has authored two books and well over 150 publications and conference presentation both nationally and internationally.
