Virginia A. Clark

Virginia Clark is Global Head of Learning and Talent Management for SAP.
Along with her team that is based in every region around the globe, Virginia is
responsible for designing, developing and executing integrated, practical, and
business aligned practices that deliver the growth and development SAP needs to
be the most agile and high performing force in our market.
Virginia joined SAP in December 2005 as the Vice President, Organization &
Talent Management for SAP, Americas, Inc. During her first year at SAP, she
successfully delivered ground breaking Talent Management solutions, such as our
Career Success Center, Skills on Demand and various Board Area Learning &
Development Plans.
Before joining SAP, Virginia held various leadership roles at Unisys
Corporation including VP, Unisys University, VP, Global Talent Development and
VP, HR Practice. Although she is viewed externally to be a thought leader in the
area of Talent Management, Virginia also has extensive experience in other areas
of HR, such as employee relations, compensation and benefits and organization
effectiveness.
Virginia holds a master’s degree in human resource development from Villanova
University, where she was recognized as the most outstanding alumni for her
leadership and professional accomplishments in the field of human resources. Her
undergraduate work was conducted at Shippensburg State University, where she
received a Bachelors of Arts degree in Psychology.
