The Villanova Chapter

The Villanova University SHRM Chapter is a very active group that has been honored numerous times with the Superior Merit Award since it was founded in 1985, under the sponsorship of the second oldest SHRM Chapter, Philly SHRM #002. The University Chapter is run by a team who organizes and coordinates interactive programming for other Human Resources Professionals - including students new to the field. The Chapter also helps to initiate networking opportunities for current students with alumni and professionals in the area through special speaker programs, internships, and mentoring programs. For those who join Villanova University's SHRM Chapter, it is an excellent opportunity to jump start a career in HR!

From a varying range of functional course choices, real-world expertise from the professors, and a blend of knowledge based theory and strategic application – I knew this was the program for me.
