Below you will find information that is required for submission to participate in the NROTC program. Many of these forms can be filled out on your computer and printed for signature and submission. If handwriting any forms, please use a black ballpoint pen and write legibly.

College Program Students

College Program students are those students who have not received an NSTC scholarship for NROTC to Villanova University, but would like to participate in the NROTC program with the potential of acquiring a scholarship at a later date.
