Below you will find information that is required for submission to participate in the NROTC program.

These forms must be completed and returned before 15 June 2010 to participate in the 2010 Villanova NROTC Orientation.

Many of these forms can be filled out on your computer and printed for signature and submission. If handwriting any forms, please use a black ballpoint pen and write legibly.
While some forms may be submitted online, be sure to do the following when submitting the forms:
1. Print out each form and make a copy for your records as well.
2. Ensure you mail all eight forms, completely filled out, to the Villanova NROTC office: John Barry Hall; 800 Lancaster; Villanova, PA 19085.
3. With your eight, completely filled out forms, mail a certified birth certificate copy as well as your fingerprint cards.

Scholarship Students

Scholarship students are those students who have received an approved NSTC scholarship for NROTC to Villanova University. Information for Scholarship students can be found here. These students should fill out the forms below:
