Below you will find information that is required for submission to participate in the NROTC program. Many of these forms can be filled out on your computer and printed for signature and submission. If handwriting any forms, please use a black ballpoint pen and write legibly.

Scholarship Students

Scholarship students are those students who have received an approved NSTC scholarship for NROTC to Villanova University. Information for Scholarship students can be found here. These students should fill out the forms below:
