What is the India Company like?
The Villanova NROTC Freshman Indoctrination Program, otherwise known as India Company, is the 5-week indoctrination program that all Villanova NROTC freshmen must complete in order to be integrated into the Battalion of Midshipmen. Commencing on the first day of classes, India Company consists of a regimented daily schedule of drill instruction, PT, and study, in order to best indoctrinate new 4/C Midshipmen into the life of a midshipman at the Unit. At Fall Review, the members of India Company are separated and join the four permanent companies of Villanova NROTC.
