| Professional Experience: |
- In the 1970s - 80s, he conducted three seminars with funds from the U.S. Department of Education in Pakistan for U.S. social science faculty.
- Upon request of the State Department, he visited Russia from June 4-6, 2002 to explain the U.S. foreign policy toward the Muslims in general and the Muslim republics in particular, especially in Tartarstan and Bashkortostan within the Russian Federation.
- Additionally, he was a visiting professor at the U.S. Foreign Service Institute of the State Department form 1961-1963, and from 1966-1995 and helped train U.S. diplomats assigned to serve in South Asia.
- In 1992, Dr. Hafeez Malik (along with Dr. Sakhawat) founded the Pakistan American Congress and then served as the chairman of the Advisory Council
- He has visited 25 countries in Asia, Europe and the Middle East and lectured in many of their prolific universities.
