The political science faculty presents three awards annually to political science seniors.

• The Gerald Malloy Award recognizes a graduating senior for outstanding service to the university and academic achievement.
• The Fritz Nova Award (The Medallion of Excellence) recognizes a graduating senior for academic excellence.
• The Best Research Paper Award recognizes a graduating senior who wrote the best research paper that academic year.
