What do I need to apply to the M.A. theatre
program?

Do you offer a concentration in theatre administration?
At this time, the department does not offer theatre administration
courses.

Can I audition for the plays if I am not a Villanova student?
Yes. Anyone may audition for our productions. Audition

Can I take one class and not enroll as a full-time student?
Yes. You need to fill out a graduate school application as a special
student and submit your application along with undergraduate transcripts
and two letters of recommendation.

I am interested in applying for an assistantship or acting scholarship. When do I need to apply?
Any student interested in applying for an assistantship or scholarship
must submit a complete application by March 15 of the year in which you
wish to enroll. Assistantships provide tuition remission and a stipend.
They are available in the areas of set construction, costume
construction, properties construction and public relations. There are
also a limited number of acting scholarships which provide tuition
remission.
