About Our Programs
We inquire about theological and religious matters in the Augustinian tradition and engage our students in a restless search for meaning. We offer a Major and a Minor in Theology and Religious Studies; a Master's in Theology; a combined Five-Year Bachelor/Master's in Theology; a variety of graduate Certificates in Theology; a Certificate in Pastoral Ministry; and a combined MA/Certificate in Pastoral Ministry.

Faculty and Students

  • Mark W. Westmoreland (graduate student) recently published a monograph, Lord Byron and the Quest for Affirmation: A New Disabilities Studies Critique, and Daniel Minch an article in CONCEPT, Villanova's interdisciplinary journal of graduate studies.
  • Christopher Friesen spent part of his summer doing research in Israel. He was supported by a Graduate Student Summer Research Fellowship and a Halloran Philanthropy Grant.
  • Our faculty is also busy making news.
