Class Attendance

Students are subject to the attendance policy set forth in the syllabus of each individual course in which
you enroll. However, class attendance at all classes is expected. You will receive a grade of F (failure) whenever the number of absences (unexcused or excused) in a course exceeds three class meetings for the course.
The course withdrawal policy published by the Office of Graduate Studies applies (that
is, “an individual is permitted to withdraw from a course without penalty for any reason by the deadline date listed in the academic calendar. After that date, withdrawal must be for a non-academic reason”).
