The DiLella Center for Real Estate is changing the face of business education at
Villanova.
New courses in real estate
continue to be introduced. A new undergraduate co-major and graduate MBA
concentration are now available, in addition to the previously-offered minor in
real estate. VSB students have already
begun a Real Estate Society, which now has over 50 active members and is advised
by Professor Howton.
The DiLella Center for Real Estate has a group of 30 high-level business
advisory council members who provide strategic guidance on the center’s mission
and activities, its impact on curricula at VSB, and the expansion of
professional development opportunities available to VSB students in the field of
real estate.
Industry Memberships
The DiLella Center for Real Estate works closely with industry partners to
pursue student professional development opportunities and provide thought
leadership to the real estate community.
