• the ability to handle the academic rigor of the program;
• the ability to contribute substantively in a highly interactive learning environment; and
• the desire to be an active member of our learning community.

Admission to the program is highly selective. It is based on a combination of academic ability, relevant work experience, and professional promise. Strong communication skills and leadership potential are considered to be important personal attributes in gaining admission to the program.
