The FTE MBA experience begins with an intensive orientation and introduction to the behavioral skills needed to excel in your MBA and business career.

The Leadership Challenge, required of all incoming students, focuses on communication, team building, and adaptive problem solving. It is structured to create a sense of community through a cohesive team atmosphere. The challenge sets expectations for future class involvement, and occurs during one weekend of your first and second semester.

Offered in an innovative format over the course of two weekends, the Leadership Challenge begins on Saturday morning of the first weekend and continues throughout Sunday afternoon for a weekend of intense interaction among students, faculty, and staff.

Tuition for Leadership Challenge I and II (2 credits) covers instructional expenses and all challenge activities.

If you are beginning your MBA study in fall 2008, your Leadership Challenge experience will be held on August 16 & 17.
