Is The Villanova MBA Fast Track a full-time or part-time program?
The Fast Track progresses at a full-time program pace, but is delivered as a part-time program
two nights per week.
Is The Villanova MBA Fast Track accredited?
All programs offered by the Villanova School of Business are accredited by the
Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business (AACSB), the professional accrediting body for business schools.
If accepted, do I need to choose between the Philadelphia and Villanova
cohort before I start the program?
Yes, you need to indicate on the application your preferred location.
Curriculum / Course Requirements
How many credits do I need to complete my MBA degree?
For students starting in the fall 2009 Fast Track cohort, the new curriculum
features a two year, lock-step 48 credit program. For the 2008 Fast Track
cohort, the program remains a two year, lock-step 44 credit program.
Is there an international component?
Yes. A one-week international trip occurs during the spring semester of the
second year in conjunction with the Strategic Management for Global Organizations class.
Class Schedule
When do classes meet?
Students take two classes per week, each meets once per week,
(Tuesdays/Thursdays) from 6:00 to 9:30 pm in fall, spring, and summer. For the
Philadelphia location, each class meets once a week (Mondays/Wednesdays) from 6:00 to 9:30 pm in fall, spring, and summer.
How long is each semester/session?
Fall and spring semesters meet for 15 weeks each and the summer session meets for
9 weeks. Students take two courses each term.
Admission / Costs
What are the admission requirements?
You must submit the following by application deadline: application form and
essays; application fee ($50); resume; official transcripts from each
institution you have attended; GMAT score report; TOEFL (for international

What is the cost of tuition?
Fast Track tuition and fees for the 2009-10 academic year are $965 per credit. Most courses in the program are four credits. In addition, the
university assesses a $30 general fee each semester.
When should I apply?
Due to the small class size and competitive nature of the
admissions process, applicants that are ready to submit an
application are encouraged to apply for round one or two. The
rigor of the selection process remains consistent throughout all
rounds, but please note that Round 3 applications will only be
considered if space remains in the class.

Admission to The Villanova MBA Fast Track is highly competitive and the committee is
focused on selecting candidates who will add value to
the cohort experience by ensuring a diverse set of
functional roles and industries are represented in the
classroom. The review of applications is holistic and
all elements of the application are carefully weighed.

supporting materials have been received, the applicant
will be contacted in order to schedule an interview with
