Computer Purchase Program
The CCP is a way for students to benefit from the university’s relationship with Dell by allowing them to purchase a laptop at often significantly discounted prices. Students pay the cost of the machine, and they can “select & price” the model. The standard configuration is determined by the university and it includes Windows XP, & Office, as well as a 3 year onsite warranty. For more information, visit: www.dell.com/villanova.

Discount Ticket Program
Graduate business students may purchase discount tickets to select amusement parks, recreation facilities, and ski resorts. Schedule an appointment with our office to learn more.

VSB graduate students have access to all university student resources, including library, fitness, and dining facilities, places of worship, intramural sports, student societies, and cultural events. Bursar’s Office

Tuition and other fees are managed through the Bursar’s Office and are due by the first day of class. The Bursar’s Office is located in Kennedy Hall, first floor. For more information, click here or call 620-529-4258.

Purchase your textbooks at the University Shop, located in Kennedy Hall.

*Please be aware that when the University is closed, the University Shop is also closed.

Parking and Public Safety

Parking is available in the Main Lot. Parking fees are $50 in the Fall; $25 in the Spring for evening students. Parking tags are valid for one year—August 31 through the following August 30. Vehicles can be registered in two ways:
  1. NOVASIS: Once you have deposited, you will receive a NOVASIS ID and PIN number. You can then enter the system and register your vehicle.
  2. Visit Public Safety in Farrell Hall: Complete a vehicle registration form at the parking office.
If you register for your parking tag through NOVASIS, you have three options to retrieve it:
  1. Pick up your parking tag at Farrell Hall during regular business hours.
  2. Send the Parking office a self-addressed, stamped envelope and they will send you the parking tag.
  3. Call the Parking office during regular business hours and request to have your parking tag left with the dispatcher on duty. You can then pick up your hang tag from Farrell Hall 24/7.

The WildCard is your Villanova photo ID card that provides access to buildings including the library and Bartley Hall. The WildCard office is located in Dougherty Hall.

5. Where can I access my grades and student information?

NOVASIS

NOVASIS is the University’s online student information system. It allows access to grades, registration and address information. To access NOVASIS, go to http://novasis.villanova.edu, select “Log in to Secure Area” and enter your Social Security number or your Villanova ID and your NOVASIS PIN (not your semester registration PIN) to access your records. Your PIN is a unique number assigned to you by the Registrar’s Office. This PIN is mailed to you by the Registrar’s Office and is not the password assigned to you by UNIT.

Villanova Email Account Information

Once you have deposited to attend Villanova, the University Information Technologies (UNIT) department creates an email account for you. Information regarding your account is sent shortly after you first register for classes. If you do not receive account information by the start of classes, please call the Helpdesk at 610-519-7777 or email support@villanova.edu. If you forget your password, you can reset it yourself at http://passwordreset.villanova.edu.

Purchasing a Laptop

The University offers a Computer Purchase Program (CPP) as a way for students to benefit from the University’s relationship with Dell by allowing you to purchase a laptop at often significantly discounted prices. Students pay the cost of the machine, and they can “select and price” the model. The University determines the standard configuration and it includes Windows XP and Office, as well as a three-year onsite warranty. For more information, visit http://www.dell.com/Villanova. The TechZONE is a certified Dell service center for computers purchased through the University for warranty and non-warranty repairs.

Configuring your Laptop

If you would like to configure your computer to work with the networked computers on campus, contact the University TechZONE and follow the prompts. The TechZONE is located in Vasey Hall, Room 101. To learn more about wireless connectivity, please visit http://www.villanova.edu/unit/support/wireless/. In order for your wireless connection to work properly, your computer must meet the following requirements:

Bartley Hall, Graduate Business Lounge

Bartley Hall is a modern, wireless, educational facility which includes state-of-the-art classrooms with power and data at every seat (in addition to being wireless), an auditorium, cafeteria (The Exchange), four story atrium entrance, and faculty offices. Breakout rooms are available for students’ team meetings and a graduate student lounge is located in Room 2059 on the second floor. The ground floor houses a copy center.

Career Services

Located in Corr Hall, Villanova University’s Career Services Office partners with employers, alumni, and the academic community to support the career development of students and alumni. Career Services administers on-campus career fairs, resume and interview workshops, career and industry panels, and presentations to classes and student organizations. GoNOVA is a web-based career management system that can help manage your career development process. As a graduate student, you must register an account to take advantage of this tool. click here to set up your account.

Fitness Facilities

All Villanova University students may utilize University athletic facilities during available hours. Valid WildCard identification is required. Facilities include the following:

Alumni Hall Gymnasium:
Hardwood intramural basketball/volleyball court and aerobic area. Aerobic class schedules are sent out at the beginning of each semester, and are available at http://www3.villanova.edu/recreation/fitnesscenters/groupex.htm.

Aquatic Center:
Ten-lane, 25 by 25 yard pool with 1 meter and 3 meter diving boards and locker room facilities. For updated hours, please visit http://villanova.cstv.com/facilities/nova-pool-hours.html

Butler Annex:
Rubber surface basketball/volleyball courts.

The Davis Center:
This state-of-the-art building features practice and training facilities for the basketball programs, as well as a fitness center for the entire campus community.

Jake Nevin Field House:
Hardwood basketball/volleyball court, stage, locker rooms and administrative offices.

The Pavilion
Rubber surface basketball and tennis courts, four-lane running track, weight room, aerobics/dance room, and locker rooms.

Stanford Fitness Center
Located in the basement of Stanford Hall on South Campus. A six thousand sq. ft. modern fitness center featuring free weights, life cycles, treadmills and locker rooms for all students, faculty and staff.

St. Mary’s Hall Gymnasium/Pool
Hardwood intramural basketball/volleyball court, recreational swimming and locker rooms.

Tennis Courts
Outdoor tennis courts are located across from Sullivan Hall on the Main Campus, adjacent to Stanford Hall on the South Campus and adjacent to St. Mary's Hall on the West Campus.

West Campus Fitness Center
Located in the basement of building number 8 on the West Campus, a 5,000 square foot modern fitness center featuring free weights, life cycles, and treadmills is available for all students, faculty, and staff.

Library Resources

Falvey Memorial Library, the chief source of academic information for the University community, offers collections, educational and consulting services, as well as technology, programming and physical facilities. Librarians assist students with critical and evaluative use of information through personal consultation and formal instruction.
