Business Courses
Gamma Phi is a business society comprised of experienced VSB students who
tutor freshmen and sophomores in business core classes.
This FREE service is conducted three nights a week, from 7:30–9:00
P.M. The schedule
is as follows:
Mondays: Accounting and Finance - Bartley Hall, Room #2072
Tuesdays: General/Open Tutoring - Bartley Hall, Room #33
Tutoring is provided for the following courses:
Financial Accounting (ACC 1101), Business Statistics (DIT 2010), Managerial
Accounting (ACC 1102), Principles of Micro & Macro Economics (ECO 1001 & 1002),
Legal Environment of Business (BL 1090), Principles of Finance (FIN 1113),
Management Essentials (MGT 1102), Introduction to MIS (MIS 1006), and Principles
of Marketing (MKT 1137).
One-on-one tutoring is also available in these subjects.

Mathematics
The Mathematics Learning & Resource Center provides math tutoring for freshmen and sophomores. The Center is also a place where students can work on group assignments, use the computer lab, or brush up on algebra, trigonometry, calculus and statistics skills.
Writing Center
The Villanova Writing Center
offers one-on-one sessions with student tutors to assist in all stages of the
writing process.
