As the world becomes more globalized, employers are often looking for
people that have a background in international business. VSB provides
students with the opportunity to gain the international business experience
necessary to be competitive in today's workplace. Depending on the program,
internships and/or coursework are available. VU summer programs are open to
undergraduates and MBA students.
- These are programs specifically designed and run by faculty in VSB for
our students. While in-country a VSB faculty member is always present.
- While they are open to students from other universities, the majority of
students who participate are enrolled here at Villanova.
- All programs last from 6 to 8 weeks. Cost: TBA around Thanksgiving.
- There are four VSB programs to choose from.
- These programs each award 6 credits.
- Interested VSB students are invited to apply for one of the Herbert G.
Rammrath Summer International Internship Scholarships (click here to learn more).

"Participation in VSB's Geneva program
taught me that academic time spent in a work environment provides valuable
first-hand experience that cannot be taught in a classroom. By the end of
my first day at Barons Financial Services, I knew that everything I had
learned in the past three years at VSB would be put to good use! If you
have the ability to study and intern abroad, do it: It will be the
best investment you ever make."
