Technology in the Classroom

Between January and May, students take a unique training course where they learn real world applications of information technology as it pertains to the business world, and as the students consider potential college and career paths,. During this training period we will provide students with a structured yet creative curriculum where they learn exciting concepts such as enterprise applications, telecommunications, technology infrastructure and engineering fundamentals.

Students reinforce their learning through innovative projects and engaging class exercises.

Technology in Industry

Upon successful completion of the training program, students are assigned to a company internship where they apply their new skills at a premier company. During the internship, students work on information technology, science and engineering projects within teams at the sponsor company providing an exciting opportunity to apply new skills.

Industry Professionals:

  • visit schools on a weekly basis.
  • serve as mentors
  • share technology experiences
  • stimulate students with case studies
  • form productive relationships that last
