Microwave Laboratory

The Villanova University Microwave Laboratory contains major equipment that can be used for characterizing the microelectronic VLSI RF on-wafer components at low frequencies as well as high frequency. In addition to the major equipment listed below, there are a variety of coaxial adapters, slotted lines and other ancillary hardware for both coaxial and waveguide measurements.
