At Villanova, you'll find proven scholars—not graduate assistants—at the head
of your classes. Our faculty have the highest academic credentials—of our 545
full-time faculty, 90 percent hold the highest degrees in their fields. And even
the most senior teach—in fact, even nationally renowned endowed chairs have
taught our freshman Augustine and Culture Villanova Seminar.
They also have expertise in their fields—you might have a class with a business
professor who is an entrepreneur, a nursing professor who staffs a local clinic,
or an engineering professor who consults for a renowned research facility. With
Villanova classes average 22 students, and our student/faculty ratio at only 13:1,
you will get to know the faculty well.
