Official High School Transcripts Download Transcript Request Formand have secondary school forward directly to Villanova along with official transcripts.   Name on the application must match the name on the secondary school records, and all institutions of higher education attended.
Official Transcripts from each post-secondary school attended. Applicant must provide within application, the name and state of all previous colleges/universities attended, the entrance date, and the date of leaving, if applicable.
Official SAT or ACT Scores Scores must be sent directly from the College Board or on an official transcript. This requirement may be waived if more than five years have passed since a student's high school graduation. Please contact the transfer counselor for further information.
Essay This item allows the candidate to provide information regarding his or her academic background and any special circumstances that need to be brought to the attention of the Admission Committee
Course Catalog Send a current course catalog from all colleges/ universities that you have attended to the Office of University Admission (Attention Transfer).  If the colleges/universities do not provide a paper catalog, you must copy/paste just the courses that you have taken from their catalog website into a Word document making sure to include your name.  Your application will not be reviewed without the catalog.
