Villanova's Office of Financial Assistance verifies all undergraduate
applicants for financial assistance. Through this process we compare
information provided on the FAFSA and PROFILE forms to that which students
and (in the case of dependent students) parents/stepparents have reported on
their tax forms.

Tax forms that are required
Students applying for financial assistance for the 2010-2011 academic year,
must submit the following
§
Signed copies of the student’s 2009 US Federal or Puerto Rico Tax
Returns and all schedules (if filed) and all 2009 W-2 and/or 1099 or 1099R
forms.
§
Signed copies of parents’/stepparent's 2009 US Federal or Puerto
Rico Tax Return and all schedules (if filed) and all 2009 W-2 and/or 1099 or
1099R forms.
The deadline to submit tax returns, W-2 and/or 1099 form is February 1st.
These are to be submitted directly to the Villanova University Office of
Financial Assistance.
NOTE: If you will not be able to provide a completed tax return by the
deadline, you must request an extension in writing or submit a copy of your IRS
extension form.
