Lyn Kremer,
Publisher of The Philadelphia Business Journal. Kremer's
operational responsibilities include advertising sales,
editorial, circulation, production and finance. New products
developed under her direction include the South Jersey 25
program, Best Real Estate Deals and the Women of Distinction
recognition. During her tenure the Philadelphia Business
Journal has solidified strategic partnerships with Wachovia,
Salomon Smith Barney, and Cozen O'Connor among others. She is
involved in fundraising on behalf of the United Way, Tools
for Schools and
Career Wardrobe. Kremer is a member of the
Forum of Executive Women.

Howard Stoeckel
is President and CEO of Wawa, Inc. and also serves as
Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of Wawa, Inc. He
joined Wawa, Inc. in 1987 as Vice President of Human
Resources and was promoted to positions, including Chief
Operating Officer, Executive Vice President, Chief Retail
Officer, and Vice President of Marketing. He also serves as
a Director of Riddle Memorial Hospital, a Trustee for Rider
University, and a member of the Main Line Health Board of
Governors.
Harry Griendling
is a founder and Managing Partner of DoubleStar, Inc.,
a leading provider of talent acquisition and measurement
solutions that enable organizations to optimize their talent
management initiatives. During his time at DoubleStar, Griendling
has led the design, development, and execution of more than
600 high-volume recruitment projects for 250 of the East
Coast's fastest-growing organizations.
Kenneth Schwenke
is a founder and Managing Partner of Gravitas LLC
-- a company that provides solutions to address the
senior-level needs for a variety of companies. Ken has
experience as a Marine Corps officer and with world-class
companies like PepsiCo, Honeywell, and ARAMARK, serving in
HR roles from Director to Senior Vice President. Ken has
served as the CEO of two successful start-up companies
(Off-Campus Dining Network and Gravitas LLC), and he serves
as a director on both public and private company boards.
Joseph A. Frick
is the former President CEO Independence Blue Cross.
Currently, he serves on the Boards of the Chamber and its
CEO Council for Growth, La Salle University, the
Philadelphia Orchestra, and the Executive Committee of the
Committee of Seventy. Nationally, he serves on the Boards of
Directors of the Blue Cross and Blue Shield Association (BCBSA)
and America's Health Insurance Plans, and chairs the Brand
Committee of the BCBSA. He is also a member of the CEO
Roundtable on Cancer.

Scott Rosen
founded
and grew The Rosen Group, Inc., a firm specializing
in human resources solutions and the placement of
HR professionals. Mr. Rosen spent eight
years as a Corporate Human Resources Executive. Mr.
Rosen's previous experience includes General Electric
Capital Corporation - Human Resources Management Expert and
CIGNA and Prudential Insurance Companies - Operational
Efficiency Expert, Turn-Around Expert, Change Agent. Mr.
Rosen is the author of Wisdom

Richard J. Anthony, Sr.
is the founder and Chief Executive Officer at The Solutions
Network, Inc.,
a full service management consulting firm specializing in
business advisory services, human resource management and
performance improvement. He has over 35 years of experience
as a manager and counselor to senior management. He is an
accomplished speaker on managing human resources and
intellectual capital to accomplish business objectives. His
book, Organizations, People & Effective Communication,
was published in 2008 by University Readers Press. He
previously served as the Chairman and CEO at the Alexander
Consulting Group’s United States consulting unit. He is a
Director at Murex Investments, Inc.
Net proceeds from this event benefit a scholarship for HRD graduate
students.
