ESSENTIALS OF HUMAN RESOURCES (For managers and those new to HR)

The SHRM Essentials of Human Resource Management course is a true introduction to human resource management. The focus of this introductory program is to provide participants with a broad overview of the human resource function. Six modules covering key areas of HR will be offered over two (2) full days or five (5) evenings. The course includes readings, lectures, class discussions, and application activities.
