The Office of the Registrar is pleased to provide academic support for students,
faculty, and alumni, as well as parents and visitors. The primary duty of the Office
of the Registrar is to maintain complete, accurate, and current information about
our students. Our other diverse responsibilities afford us a unique role involving
interaction with the entire Villanova community.

Final Grades and Transcript Order Procedures Spring 2012
Final Grades for the Spring 2012 semester are due at 12:00 noon, May
14, 2012. If you are a current student with grades pending for
Spring 2012, please wait until all final grades have been reported
before ordering a transcript. Final grades may be viewed from your
myNOVA account from the Just for You tab or from the Transcript link
located under Academic Profile on the myNOVA Student tab.
Transcripts may be ordered for mailing or pick-up from the Order a
Transcript link, located under My Schedule and Registration on the myNOVA Student tab.
Final Transcript Order Procedures May 2012 GraduatesFinal recognition
of May 2012 degrees will be posted to transcripts the week of May 21, 2012.
If you are expecting a May 2012 degree, please wait until your degree has
been posted to your academic transcript before ordering a transcript. Your
academic transcript may be viewed from the Transcript link located under
Academic Profile on the myNOVA Student tab.
