MEALS
Tuesday’s Dinner Banquet will include all participants.

Residents: Breakfast, lunch and dinner are provided for residents. Please note that we will not provide lunch on Sunday, June 27 and will not provide dinner on Wednesday, June 30.

Commuters: Breakfast will not be provided. Lunch, break snacks and Tuesday Banquet will be provided for all participants. Please plan accordingly.

LODGING
Villanova: Lodging will be in Villanova University guest apartments for Sunday, June 27, Monday, June 28 and Tuesday, June 29. Each apartment has either two or four bedrooms. All participants will be assigned to a private bedroom within an apartment unit. If there is a participant attending the Institute with whom you would like to share an apartment, please list the name below. Please note that female and male participants are housed separately.

Slippery Rock: Lodging will be in Slippery Rock University Resident Suites, Building F. All participants will be assigned to a private bedroom within an apartment unit. Each apartment is equipped with a television, ironing board, and iron. In addition, linen service and bath amenities will be provided. If there is a participant attending the Institute with whom you would like to share an apartment, please list the name below. Please note that female and male participants are housed separately.

TRAVEL
Please let us know how you plan to travel to and from the Institute:

Pennsylvania Reading First does NOT reimburse travel costs for participants.

If you will be flying into the Philadelphia area, please provide adequate travel time. You will need to arrange your own transportation to and from Philadelphia International airport which is approximately a 30 minute drive from Villanova University.

If you will be flying into the Pittsburgh area, please provide adequate travel time. The Pittsburgh International airport is approximately a 1.5 to 2 hour drive from Slippery Rock University.

Departure times should be arranged to allow for adequate travel time and airport check-in.
