Sunday, September 9th - Monday, September 17th

At the Sunday, September 9th evening Masses, the names of the Villanovans who perished in the tragic events of September 11, 2001, will be proclaimed during the General Intercessions. An Octave of Prayer and Remembrance: Victims’ Memorial Biography boards will be displayed in Corr Hall Chapel Monday, September 10 (after 12:00 p.m.) through Monday, September 17 (until 12:00 p.m.). Corr Hall Chapel is the site of the University’s 9/11 Memorial Stained Glass Window. A Memorial Mass will be celebrated on September 11th at 5:20 p.m. in St. Thomas of Villanova Church with Rev. Peter M. Donohue, O.S.A., presiding. The Mass will conclude with a procession and final remembrance at Corr Hall Chapel. Participants will gather in Corr Hall Chapel for a final blessing and reflection.
