Independent Site Group Registration

For groups who will be joining us September 11th and will need lunch or transportation, please be prepared with the name, email address, lunch preference (turkey, roast beef, vegetarian), and class year/volunteer status of all of your group members and supplies needed.

This form is designed for the following groups:

  • Groups having their OWN SERVICE SITES but needing logistical support (transportation, food, etc) on the Day of Service. This form will expand dynamically if your project takes place on September 11h and is originating from Villanova. Please be prepared with the name, email address, lunch preference, and class year/volunteer status of all of your group members.
  • Groups (such as alumni groups) performing their own project in a different area of the country or on a different day. We appreciate you reporting your group's efforts so that we may include your group in our final participation statistics.
