Parking Violation Appeal Form

State with clarity all reasons for this appeal. 

NOTE:  A LOST PERMIT, FORGETFULNESS, PARKING FOR A SHORT DURATION, FAILURE TO PROPERLY DISPLAY PERMIT AND/OR NOT SEING POSTED SIGNS/MARKINGS ARE UNACCEPTABLE GROUNDS FOR APPEAL.  Please state clearly and be very specific as the Appeal Board's decision will be based on the information which you present above.  Please contact the Parking Office at (610) 519-6990 to obtain the outcome of this appeal.
