Event Information

The Campus Activities Team (CAT) is proud to partner with other University organizations in this unique and special event.  Khaled Hosseini's visit is made possible by the English Department's Literary Festival, Division of Student Life, Falvey Memorial Library and the One Book Villanova Committee.  Khaled Hosseini's campus visit is only one part of the One Book Villanova initiative.  For more information about the One Book Program and other upcoming events,  please visit the One Book site

Mr. Hosseini has also graciously agreed to a book signing which will take place in Falvey Memorial Library from 11:30am to 12:30pm on February 7th..

Event is Free and OPEN TO THE PUBLIC, Doors open at 4:30pm and all seats are general admission.

Venue Information

The event will be presented in The Pavilion on the campus of Villanova University.

Parking

Parking is free and plentiful in the University's Main Lots located alongside Lancaster Avenue.  Handicap-accessible parking is available adjacent to The Pavilion.  Due to limited space, please call for additional handicap-accessible parking information - CAT office-610-519-4211

Food and Fare

  • Holy Grounds, Bartley Hall.  Located across Ithan Avenue from the Fieldhouse, Bartley Hall features Villanova's signature coffee-shop concept.  Enjoy delicious flavored coffees, espresso, cappuccino, iced coffees and smoothies, along with a wide assortment of baked goods and delectable candies.  Holy Grounds proudly brews Peet's Coffee and Tea.
  • The Exchange, Bartley Hall.  Also located in Bartley Hall, find The Exchange, an award-winning self-service eatery.  The Exchange features gourmet entrees made with the freshest ingredients as well as Wall Street inspired sandwiches such as "The Nazstack" and "The Bleu Market Special," all made with quality ingredients such as Boar's Head meats and cheeses.  Try the "overseas market" with daily international specialty dishes.
