Open Enrollment: April 13-24, 2026

Benefits Open Enrollment begins on Monday, April 13, and ends on Friday, April 24, 2026. This is the one time each year that current faculty and staff can make changes to health, welfare and voluntary benefit elections. Find complete information on the open enrollment process, Villanova’s benefits and plan changes on our Open Enrollment website.

Review all current elections, dependents and beneficiaries, to ensure accuracy.
Re-elect the Health Care Flexible Spending Account (FSA), Dependent Care FSA, Child Care Subsidy Plan or the Health Savings Account (HSA).
If your spouse has Villanova coverage, review the spousal surcharge information and fill out the necessary form to confirm your situation.
If you have dependent children, add their information to your benefit portal (even if they are not covered by the University health plans) to allow for Tuition Remission program budget projections.

Members of the Benefits Team will be available in person at the Connelly Center and Garey Hall on the following dates:

Tuesday, 4/14 – Devon Room – 10 a.m. – 2 p.m.
Thursday, 4/16 – Devon Room – 10 a.m. – 2 p.m.
Friday, 4/17 – Garey G42 – 10 a.m. – 2 p.m.
Monday, 4/20 – Devon Room – 10 a.m. – 2 p.m.
Tuesday, 4/21 – Garey G42 – 11 a.m. – 3 p.m.
Wednesday, 4/22 – Devon Room – 10 a.m. – 2 p.m.
Friday, 4/24 – Rosemont Room – 9 a.m. – 4 p.m.
