Villanova’s Performance Appraisal and Development Plan for
staff employees is the annual process for providing feedback on goal accomplishment and
performance.
Training for new managers on the Performance Appraisal process and refresher training for those who attended last year will be offered during the month of February.
There will also be sessions for employees on completing the self appraisal and receiving a Performance Appraisal.

Performance appraisals for 2010 are due in Human Resources on Wednesday March
31st. Completed, signed original appraisal forms should be
sent directly to Bev Das, Associate Director, HRIS/Compensation.
