Basic coverage of $5,000 is provided for those employees who retire at the age
of 55 or older, with 10 or more years of active credited service at the time of
retirement and begin receiving a benefit under a University retirement plan.
More information about retiree life insurance benefits is available through the
Human Resources office, at extension 9-7900. Beneficiary designation forms are
available at the University Forms Center located throughout campus.
