Planting a tree
on Mother’s Day, 1949
The Mother’s Day tree planting took place this year in front of
Simpson Hall. Reverend Henry J. Eagan, O.S.A., M.A., Junior Class moderator, officiated,
as Richard Ruane, Mother’s Day chairman, and Edward F. Kreig, Junior Class president,
planted the tree. |
