In 1997 this building was renamed White Hall to honor the late Dr. Robert
E. White, former professor of chemistry and department chair, whose career spanned
thirty-six years at Villanova. As chair of the chemical engineering department, Dr. White
built the fledgling program into a well-respected department. |
