Connelly Center,
designed by architects Vincent G. Kling and partners
was dedicated on 21 September 1980. His Eminence John Cardinal Krol, D.D.,
Archbishop of Philadelphia, presided at the dedication. A commemorative plaque in the
President’s Lounge reads, "May this center serve as a constant tribute to
Josephine and John Connelly whose vision, spirit, and concern have enabled them to enrich
