The Society of Saint Augustine is a voluntary community dedicated to
the pursuit of wisdom and truth, exploration of the Catholic faith and
the study of Augustinian spirituality.
Its members are particularly interested in learning more about the
Catholic tradition and the life of Saint Augustine, in developing a deeper
commitment to living Christ-centered lives, and becoming effective
leaders for Villanova, the Church and the world.
The Society anticipates weekly gatherings for Evening Prayer and Mass
in Corr Chapel on Thursdays beginning at 5:00 PM. On alternate
Thursdays, the Society will meet after Mass for dinner followed by a
brief presentation and discussion.
The Society is open to all members of the Villanova community, but is particularly
interested in supporting sophomores, junior and senior undergraduate students.
