Located on West Campus, St. Mary's Hall has been home to the College of Nursing since 1972. It houses the College's administrative offices, faculty offices and classrooms for undergraduate, graduate and continuing education students. The Learning Resource Center, used by undergraduate and graduate students alike, is also located here.

St. Mary's Hall offers the convenience of several study and lounge areas, including two courtyards. For meals, it has a dining hall that may be used by students with meal plans, as well as cash-paying customers. The 2nd Story, a convenience store where customers may buy snacks, hot prepared food, salads and sandwiches, is also found in St. Mary's Hall.
